We believe that dignified livelihoods, education, and community empowerment are essential to creating long-term and sustainable change in rural and tribal India. Our work is rooted in building opportunities that strengthen communities while preserving the knowledge, skills, and cultural practices that define them.
We work in the education sector to support holistic learning environments for children from rural communities and government schools. Through educational support, creative learning initiatives, exposure programs, and community engagement, we aim to encourage confidence, accessibility, and meaningful learning experiences for children growing up in underserved regions.
Alongside education, we work extensively with rural and tribal women through training and livelihood support programs that encourage economic independence, skill development, and entrepreneurship. Our initiatives focus on creating sustainable income opportunities while strengthening community participation and leadership among women.
A significant part of our work is centered around artisans, traditional craft practices, and women-led collectives. We work closely with artisan communities in an effort to combine heritage with sustainability — ensuring that traditional crafts and indigenous knowledge systems continue to evolve rather than disappear. Through training, design development, product innovation, and market linkage support, we help artisans access wider opportunities while preserving the cultural identity of their craft traditions.
Our work also extends to climate-conscious and forest-based livelihood initiatives. We work with tribal populations living along the forest peripheries of Madhya Pradesh to build circular and sustainable economies rooted in local resources, ecological responsibility, and traditional knowledge systems. By transforming invasive and naturally available materials into livelihood opportunities, we aim to create environmentally responsible income generation models that benefit both communities and local ecosystems.
We conduct training programs, skill-building workshops, and livelihood initiatives focused on sustainable craft practices, forest-based materials, entrepreneurship, and community-led production systems. These initiatives are designed not only to generate income, but also to strengthen resilience, cultural continuity, and self-reliance within tribal and rural communities.
